YAY I am stoked to say that this one was another winner!!

Really nice tasting chicken, I would probably leave out the oil next time though and then use the liquid to make into a sauce for the top (time permitting). I would have made it this time, but it was just too oily. I don't know why you really need the oil?? I don't think it's necessary. (it's even superfluous .. just because I like the word hehe)
